Guidelines and Guest Responsibilities

- Crash Courses can be scheduled to start between the hours of 11am-2pm, seven days per week, based upon Jeep driver availability
- Guests should arrive a few minutes early in order to sign a liability waivier before the tour departure
- Guests are responsible to dress appropriately for the weather conditions during their scheduled tour. Some considerations:
- Exposed to sunlight, wind, rain, and dust; hat and sunglasses recommended
- Temperature can range from 35F-105F depending on season and time of day
- Appropriate clothing and footwear for walking in the vineyard and climbing in and out of the tour vehicle
- Tours may not be available during or just after rain or extreme heat
- Tour size: Minimum 2, Maximum 12
- Tour pricing is $25 per person, children under 18 free
- Includes wine tasting for those 21 years of age and older
- Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Payment will be taken at the time of reservation in order to hold the appointment
- Cancellations by the guest with 24 hour notice will receive a refund
- Reservation may be considered cancelled without refund if group arrives more than 30 minutes later without advance notice
